Ketamine Infusion Therapy is not covered by any insurance plans, however, we can bill your Initial Consultation with Dr. Saldanha to your insurance company. The cost per Infusion is $250.00.

A previous Migraine or Depression diagnosis is required. Number of Infusions will be determined at your consultation with our Physician.
